1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ink Lab AI (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the App.

2. Accounts & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or 18 with guardian consent). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

3. User Content & License

You retain ownership of any designs, images, or prompts you upload. By using the App, you grant Ink Lab AI a global, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and modify your content to operate, improve, and promote the service.

4. Prohibited Uses

• No illegal activity or political campaigning.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or service abuse.
• No harmful, hateful, infringing, or adult content.

5. Intellectual Property

Ink Lab AI owns all rights to the App. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it under these Terms.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect your email (e.g., hello@inklabai.com), usage data, and any content you upload. Data may be shared as legally required. You can delete your account and personal data by contacting us; data removal occurs within 14 days unless retention is legally mandated.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

7.1. Payment Processing: We handle all transactions through trusted, secure payment partners. When you make a purchase, you confirm that you're authorized to use the chosen payment method.

7.2. When Refunds Apply: We may consider refund requests at our sole discretion, provided these requirements are satisfied:

• You contact us within 48 hours of your purchase
• You haven't used any premium features, generated designs, downloaded content, or accessed paid functionality
• Your subscription remains active and valid

7.3. Final Sale Policy: All purchases become final once you begin using our services—this includes creating AI designs, downloading images, or using any premium tools. You understand and accept that used services cannot be refunded.

7.4. How to Request Refunds: Send your refund request via email to hello@inklabai.com with your purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

8. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Usage is capped per 24 hours. Abuse may lead to temporary suspension to ensure fair access.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties on uptime or accuracy, and are not liable for damages arising from use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may close accounts anytime via email. Post-termination, data may be deleted or retained as required by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Based in California, USA. Terms governed by California law. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in San Diego, unless small claims applies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will require acceptance within the App to continue use.
